Love Moving Your Body
Do you:
Get so far with exercise and give up
Want to get fitter and just can’t bring yourself to do any exercise
Find doing physical exercise is too much – physically, mentally or emotionally?
If any of this applies to you, there is now a simple solution. You can love moving your body, do exercise gracefully, lovingly and easily! It sounds like magic though it really is true!
What will you get out of it?
You will:
Get more out of exercise.
Feel healthier, fitter and happier and have more energy.
Fit into your clothes with ease.
Have all the other benefits of exercise such as overall well-being, better sleep and confidence!
Look forward to getting out in the fresh air and to taking exercise.
Find time – easily! –to move your body, run, swim, or play any sport.
How does it work?
Come along to a fortnightly programme of 3 sessions lasting 90 minutes each.
“Love Moving Your Body” is run in a small group where you will feel relaxed and comfortable. You will learn how to easily and instantly change the blocks and fears that prevent you from loving exercise and movement and doing it when you choose.
There is no need to neither relive past experiences nor share information with others (unless you would like to!). The sessions are based on more than just a talking or doing exercise. During the programme you will release your fears around physical movement as well as the fears surrounding what you may become if you were physically fit and active.
